Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates & Availability
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Free shipping is offered on orders of $80 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Carrier Delays
Studio See LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Studio See LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Studio See LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at studioseellc@gmail.com. We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or shipped
