Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at studioseellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Policy

Any item purchased at a discounted price during a sale, promotion, giveaway, or special event is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
