Returns & Refunds Policy

At Studio See, we care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident with your order. Every purchase is handled with care, and we kindly ask that you review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations: Online orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges on products that are unopened, unused, and unaltered within 10 days of the delivery date. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to process.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
